W2 Roofing Sales Representative – $100K+ Uncapped Commission | Springfield, MO

Full-Time | W-2 | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | Company Truck Provided

Must currently reside within ~30 miles of Springfield, MO. This is an on-site, community-based role — local roots and knowledge of the Springfield area strongly preferred.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. No roofing experience? No problem — we provide full training.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $50,000 (W-2 position)
• Commission: Uncapped earning potential
• Average Earnings: $100,000+ annually
