Dietary Aide

Position Summary Resolve Diamondback is seeking a dependable and hardworking Dietary Aide to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This role supports the dietary department by assisting with meal preparation, service, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, detail-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities Assist with meal preparation and tray assembly according to dietary guidelines Serve meals to residents in a timely and courteous manner Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining areas, and equipment Follow all food safety and infection control procedures Stock and replenish supplies as needed Work collaboratively with cooks and dietary staff to ensure quality service Qualifications Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and reliability Good communication and teamwork skills Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent Must have a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card (required) Must have a current Food Handler's Card (required) Fast-paced healthcare/skilled nursing setting Team-oriented environment focused on resident care and nutrition Position Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and reaching Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed Why Join Us?
