The Arizona Biltmore, a Pyramid Global Hospitality property in Phoenix, seeks a Pastry Junior Sous Chef to lead day-to-day pastry and bake shop production under the Pastry Sous Chef. Must be available to work from 2pm - 10:30pm. This role supports menu development for banquets and outlets, supervises Baker/Pastry Cooks I-III, and ensures quality, sanitation and safety in a high-volume hotel kitchen. #J-18808-Ljbffr BENCHMARK
