Business Analyst II

Pay Rate: $open on W2 Role: Business Analyst II Company: Direct Client Position: Contract Duration: 12+ months- long term Work: 6 days/month onsite Interview: Video Client Location: Vancouver, WA 98666

Education & Corresponding Experience(required on matrix)

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Computer Science or Organizational Development (or closely related field) is preferred. With an applicable Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience is required. Without an applicable degree, 9+ years of experience is required. Experience should be consistent with the specific requirements of business analysis and progressively more technical in nature.

Required Technical Skills & Experience(required on matrix)

Experience must include knowledge of analysis and change management principles and methodologies with a solid understanding of how analytics and change management support the change process. Experience must include demonstrated experience in providing Change Management programmatic set up and support to organizations. Experience with project and change management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle. Intermediate proficiency in Visio (flowcharts), MS Project, Access, and SharePoint. Demonstrated Technical Interviewing Skills

Preferred Skills & Experience(optional on matrix)

Experience with the Prosci methodology for Change Management Change Management Professional designation Energy/utility industry experience Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts Knowledge of Maintenance Management, Asset Management, and Equipment Analysis for the Energy industry Experience with Power BI
