The Company’s racino, Fairmount Park - Casino & Racing, features live racing, electronic gaming machines, live table games, food and beverage amenities, and pari-mutuel betting.Job Description:SUMMARYThe primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, developing, maintaining, and growing strong relationships with partner establishments in their assigned territory, serving as the primary point of contact for accounts, ensuring partners receive the highest level of service, support, and guidance to maximize success with Accel’s gaming offering, assisting locations through video gaming applications and overall live video gaming processes, keeping locations updated on gaming industry information, as well as assisting in other areas as needed.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned partner establishments to drive retention, increase market share and revenue growth.Achieve assigned Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) objectives, including participation in the sales process and maximize account performance through strategic account management.Conduct regular visits to partner locations to engage with location owners, provide support, gather feedback, identify opportunities, and strengthen relationships.Serve as the primary liaison between partner establishments and Accel, managing day-to-day communications, issue resolution, and partner satisfaction.Analyze account and industry performance data to identify trends, increase gameplay, and provide actionable recommendations that enhance partner performance.Educate partners on gaming products, promotional programs, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.Ensure optimal service levels by coordinating with internal teams to resolve operational issues and support partner needs.Partner with internal stakeholders and revenue team members to drive engagement, support business growth objectives, and identify and cultivate new business opportunities.Collaborate with Marketing to develop and implement customized on-site marketing materials and promotional initiatives.Maintain accurate account records and performance reporting, stay informed on company products, regulatory requirements, and industry trends, and perform other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSPrevious account management and/or outside sales experience a plus3–5 years of professional experience3-5 years of gaming or relevant industry knowledgeStrong professional presenceAbility to adapt, organize and multi-taskCapability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExtensive travel within your assigned regionAbility to interact with local bar, restaurant, and truck stop owners as well as Commanders of non-profit organizationsStrong organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail with strong follow-through.Valid driver’s license is requiredMinimum of 21 years of agePHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENTCalculate figures and amountsAnalyze financial dataFrequently required to travel via vehicleFrequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterityOccasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawlContinually required to talk or hearOccasionally required to lift/push light weights up to 50Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral, depth, and ability to adjust or focusUtilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboardThe noise level in the work environment usually is moderate to loudBENEFITSPTO / Wellness Days / Floating HolidaysMedical / Dental / Vision InsuranceLife / AD&D / Hospital Indemnity / Critical Illness / Accident InsuranceSTD / LTDLegal / ID Theft InsuranceFSA (Health Care, Dependent Care, Limited Purpose) / HSATraditional and Roth 401(k)The above is intended to describe the general content of, and requirements for, the performance of this job. Total potential compensation up to $150,000/yr.This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position.
