The Law Office of Domingo Garcia is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our Dallas litigation team!

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who shares our commitment to excellence and wants to be part of a hardworking, collaborative litigation team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of litigation paralegal experience , preferably in personal injury litigation , and be comfortable managing multiple cases, deadlines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Prepare discovery requests, responses, and related documents
• Draft, prepare, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Assist with preparation for hearings, trials, mediations, and depositions
• Schedule and coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and other case-related events
• Maintain and calendar important hearings, deadlines, and case events
• Organize, prioritize, and monitor an active litigation docket
• Monitor clients' medical treatment and follow up regarding medical records, bills, and affidavits
• Communicate with clients regarding case updates and provide excellent customer service
• Communicate professionally with courts, opposing counsel, medical providers, and other parties
• Assist attorneys with day-to-day case management and litigation preparation
• Perform administrative and case-related duties as needed
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical case files

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience required
• Personal injury litigation experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures and case management
• Experience with Needles case management software preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
• Professional, dependable, and client-focused
• Bilingual in English and Spanish REQUIRED
