Cortez Law Firm, P.L.L.C. is a North Dallas based plaintiff's personal injury law firm in need of experienced personal injury LITIGATION paralegals. (Not pre-lit).
Job requirements/duties include:
-- Extensive experience in Drafting/Answering Discovery in personal injury litigation cases is an absolute requirement;
-- Case management of personal injury client files is an absolute requirement;
-- Obtain and file medical bill/records affidavits is an absolute requirement;
-- Draft Settlement Demands with detailed analysis of case is preferred;
-- 3 years prior personal injury litigation experience is an absolute requirement;
-- Starting salary Based on Experience. Full-time position. Bonuses paid in addition to salary.
