Job Summary

We are seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support recruiting and talent acquisition activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Cayey, PR. This contract opportunity is ideal for a bilingual recruiting professional with 1-2 years of experience who enjoys sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and creating a positive candidate experience.

As a Recruiter, you will partner with hiring managers and the People & Culture team to support staffing needs, maintain candidate pipelines, and keep the hiring process organized and efficient. This role offers meaningful interaction with hiring teams, clear recruiting processes, and the opportunity to continue building hands-on talent acquisition experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified candidates through job boards, networking platforms, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet position requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate experience, qualifications, availability, and interest.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to support a professional and positive candidate experience.

- Pay rate: $19 per hour.
