Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time Maple Leaf HealthCare Center Manchester, NH $33–$36/hour Maple Leaf HealthCare Center is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support residents throughout their rehabilitation journey. Work directly with a licensed Physical Therapist to help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function. What You\'ll Do Carry out individualized physical therapy treatment plans under the direction of a PT Provide therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training Assist with gait, balance, strength, endurance, and transfer activities Track resident progress and communicate changes to the supervising therapist Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility techniques Maintain timely and accurate documentation Qualifications Active New Hampshire PTA license required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Rehabilitation or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required New graduates are encouraged to apply What We Offer Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education opportunities Supportive rehabilitation team Direct Hire.
