Why you'll love this job This role will serve as an administrative support to the Airport Business Partner Support team The role is a part of the Business Partner Support team within the Airportsgroup. What you'll do As noted above, this list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations. Monitor baggage policy and procedure email account Maintain a central filing system and system-wide contract database. Distribute copies of agreements and notices to various internal departments and to vendors on behalf of Sr. Project Manager Assist with TDY assignments Compile data for Business Partner Support team as needed. Distribute information regarding procedures to baggage service offices Monitor station stock back bag orders Perform other general office and administrative tasks as required All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalency Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training/experience Prior experiencewith airport operations Skills, Licenses & Certifications Microsoft Office; emphasis on Excel What you'll get Feel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer: Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
