Project Manager

Project ManagerTeam Fishel is seeking a Project Manager to support electrical utility and lighting projects throughout the region. This individual will lead project execution from planning through completion while coordinating field crews, customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale construction project management and a strong technical understanding of electrical construction, utility infrastructure, lighting, or related field operations. Candidates do not necessarily need to come directly from a utility company, as utility environments may operate differently from Team Fishel.The priority is finding someone who can understand both the utility and technical sides of the work and adapt to Team Fishel's processes.Candidates with approximately two to three years of relevant experience may be considered, as Team Fishel is open to training someone with a strong technical foundation, adaptability, and growth potential. Field Engineers who are ready to transition into project management may also be a strong fit, even if they have not previously held a formal Project Manager title.This is an opportunity to join a growing operation supporting multi-year utility and infrastructure programs while helping drive safety, quality, schedule performance, and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Manage electrical construction, utility, and lighting projects from initiation through completionSupport multiple projects simultaneously, including overhead, underground installation, lighting, and turnkey projectsDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecastsCoordinate activities between field crews, foremen, superintendents, customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholdersMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership and clientsTrack project costs, productivity, schedules, and key performance indicatorsIdentify and resolve project risks, delays, and operational challengesEnsure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budgetSupport workforce planning and resource allocation across multiple projectsMaintain strong customer relationships and serve as a primary point of contactPromote a culture of safety, accountability, quality, and continuous improvement
