Qualifications 2–3 years proven sales experience (telesales preferred). Consistently hits or exceeds sales targets. Highly organized, self‑motivated, and strong computer skills; Salesforce experience a plus. Technical experience with multiple platforms, including CRM systems; comfortable using a Mac. Pass all training assessments and attend the 2‑week training program. Benefits & Compensation Base salary + uncapped commission with top performers earning $120K–$160K. Weekly commissions.
