About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Growth to play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the agency's new business acquisition strategies. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with a minimum of 15 years' experience in a client-service business or agency environment, particularly in the areas of new business development, pitch strategy, and growth initiatives. This role demands a leader who is part strategist, part coach, and part operator, with a proven track record of winning significant business and managing successful pitch programs. The SVP, Growth will be responsible for strategic growth counsel, growth capability and team leadership, analytics, and agency intelligence, as well as assets and knowledge management. They must be adept at synthesizing information, crafting compelling narratives, and be deeply experienced in client service, agency life, and new business acquisition. To succeed in this role, candidates must have superior writing and editing skills, be detail-oriented, and possess outstanding interpersonal abilities. The role requires a proactive, motivated individual who is comfortable working independently within a collaborative context, and who can manage a complex pitch while maintaining a focus on the bigger picture. The ideal candidate will be a leader who uplifts those around them, is politically aware, and can navigate competing interests with a principled approach. Experience with analytics, pipeline management, and the ability to translate data into strategic insights are essential. The SVP, Growth will also be expected to be a champion of the agency's internal collaboration processes and to lead in the development of a compelling library of assets for the pitch teams.
