Company Description Locally owned and operated, Hawaiian Cool Water was founded on the belief that drinking water should be both clean and environmentally responsible in its production and delivery. Leveraging expertise in biomedical and electrical engineering, the founder developed the proprietary Hi2O filtration system in 2011, which purifies water at the point of dispense and eliminates the need for plastic jugs and bottles. Today, businesses and organizations across diverse industries use Hawaiian Cool Water’s purification systems to improve water quality while reducing environmental impact. The team collaborates closely with clients throughout Hawaiʻi to deliver a superior, sustainable water solution and provide reliable service and support.
Role Description The Inside Sales & Account Services Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Urban Honolulu, HI, responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer accounts. This role includes responding to inbound inquiries, conducting outbound follow-up calls and emails, and presenting product solutions aligned with client needs. The manager will oversee account onboarding, coordinate installations with operations staff, and maintain ongoing communication to ensure service quality and timely renewals. Daily tasks include tracking sales activities in a CRM, preparing quotes and proposals, addressing customer issues, and collaborating with leadership to support sales campaigns and process improvements. The role also involves monitoring customer satisfaction, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and representing Hawaiian Cool Water’s commitment to environmental sustainability and excellent service.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, including managing pipelines, conducting consultative sales conversations, and closing deals.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain a positive client experience.
- Proven Account Management skills, including renewal management, upselling, and coordinated follow-through on service commitments.
- Relationship Building capabilities, with a track record of developing long-term client partnerships and trust.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confident phone presence and professional email etiquette.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with experience using CRM or similar tools to document activities and manage follow-ups.
- Ability to work on-site in Urban Honolulu, HI, and collaborate effectively with operations, service, and leadership teams.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, account services, or related roles; experience in water systems, sustainability, or facilities services is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
