Company Vehicle + Full Benefits All Dry Services of Connecticut is looking for an experienced outside salesperson who wants to build a valuable territory, develop long-term business relationships, and have their income grow with the business they create. This isn't a high-volume transactional sales position. You'll be in the market developing relationships with the professionals and organizations that need a trusted restoration partner when something goes wrong. The goal is to become their first call. The Opportunity You'll own the business development effort throughout Fairfield County and bordering communities in New Haven County. Rather than waiting for leads, you'll build a network of referral partners and commercial relationships that can produce opportunities repeatedly over time. You'll work with: Property Managers Facility Managers Insurance Agents & Adjusters Plumbers Mechanical & HVAC Contractors Commercial Property Owners Contractors Other professional referral partners The stronger your network becomes, the more valuable your territory becomes. What You'll Actually Be Doing This is a field-based business development position. Your week will include: Prospecting and opening new accounts Meeting referral partners face-to-face Developing commercial relationships Conducting discovery and consultative sales meetings Presenting All Dry's capabilities and differentiators Networking throughout the local business community Following up consistently with prospects and existing relationships Managing activity and pipeline through CRM Working closely with operations when opportunities become active jobs Building toward monthly and quarterly revenue goals You're not simply maintaining a list of accounts. You're building a territory. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who already understands outside sales and is ready for a larger opportunity. You'll likely be successful here if you: Have proven B2B outside sales or business development experience Are comfortable prospecting and creating your own opportunities Enjoy meeting people and developing professional relationships Can confidently walk into a business and start a conversation Are organized and disciplined with follow-up Know how to manage a pipeline Are comfortable working independently in the field Are coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process Want your income to increase as the business you build increases Experience selling to property managers, insurance professionals, contractors, facility managers, or other commercial decision-makers is a plus. Restoration industry experience is not required.
