Qualifications 1+ years of experience in a high-volume contact center environment, a receptionist role, or any role that involved frequent phone interaction (strict requirement). Must be 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma or equivalent. Remote work experience is strongly preferred, though not required. Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload with a hard‑wired connection). Smartphone access for VPN use. Upselling or retention experience is preferred. Quiet and professional workspace. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic keyboard functions. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to multi‑task and work under pressure. Strong organization and time management skills. Must be detail-oriented and customer-focused. Perks Pay: $16.35 per hour (+$1.00 if bilingual in Spanish and able to pass bilingual assessment). Eligible for bonus pay based on performance. Schedule: Part‑time evening shift – Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM CST; Saturday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST. Work from Home: Equipment provided. Training: 4 weeks of paid training (Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM CST).
