Staff Accountant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 31.45 to $ 45.56 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)

• Manage fixed asset accounting, including tracking, depreciation calculations, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries, financial reports, and general ledger reconciliations with accuracy.
• Support payroll accounting, project accounting, budgeting, and audit preparation activities.
• Review invoices, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Analyze financial data, resolve discrepancies, and assist with month-end and year-end processes.

Staff Accountant Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience required.
• Experience with general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliations preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial formulas.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
