Daily Financial Tasks Enter transactions and keep our records clean Match bank statements Check accounts receivable/payable Catch errors before they become a problem A/P + A/R Tasks Manage customer payments Follow up on overdue items Payroll + Tax Support Help prep payroll Assist with sales tax filings Fleet Tracking Keep track of assigned company vehicles Audit + Compliance Prep documents for audits Stay on top of accounting standards (don’t worry about it, we’ll guide you!) What You Bring Accounting or Finance degree or 4+ years’ experience Comfortable using accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) Strong attention to detail — numbers don’t slip past you Curious, motivated, and excited to learn Great time management and organizational skills Able to work independently but also vibe with the team Basic understanding of GAAP Physical Requirements Applicants must be able to perform the essential physical functions of the position, including: Standing and walking for extended periods of time. Reaching with hands and arms. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform routine warehouse activities. Performing work requires close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
