Staff Tax Accountant

We are working with a reputable CPA firm to find a motivated Staff Tax Accountant to join their growing accounting team. This role is perfect for an accountant who enjoys the details of tax preparation and wants to build a long-term career in public accounting . As a Staff Tax Accountant , you will work alongside senior accountants and CPAs to prepare and review tax returns, assist with tax planning projects, and provide valuable support to clients. This position offers hands‑on experience in all aspects of tax compliance within a collaborative accounting environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns under the guidance of senior accountants and CPAs . Assist with tax research, planning, and special projects. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely filing of all tax documents. Maintain client records in accordance with CPA firm standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field. Pursuing or interested in obtaining CPA certification. 1–3 years of tax experience in public accounting preferred. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency with accounting software.
