Field Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking a strategic and performance‑driven Field Operations Manager to lead and support a team of field sales representatives. These professionals are responsible for building strong relationships with endocrinology, urology, and primary care offices and educating healthcare providers on a treatment option for patients on testosterone replacement therapy. The Field Operations Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the field sales team and internal leadership, ensuring operational excellence and successful project execution. You will guide, coach, and support the team to exceed expectations, foster collaboration, and maintain compliance in all sales‑related activities. What’s in it for you?
