Job Description

• Lead all onsite operations for data center construction projects from groundup through commissioning
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure schedule and milestone adherence
• Coordinate complex MEP systems and ensure proper installation sequencing
• Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance on all job sites
• Maintain detailed daily reports, lookahead schedules, and site documentation
• Work closely with Project Managers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues quickly
• Ensure all work meets quality standards, plans, and performance requirements
• Drive fasttrack schedules while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

The Successful Applicant

• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Proven experience in data center, missioncritical, or highly technical projects required
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and infrastructure coordination
• Experience managing fasttrack, highschedulepressure environments
• Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decisionmaking skills
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
