Job Description

• Lead onsite construction activities for groundup K12 & Healthcare projects
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, site safety, and quality control
• Coordinate with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and owners
• Ensure compliance with building codes, inspections, and project plans
• Maintain daily reports, documentation, and progress tracking
• Proactively resolve field issues and keep projects moving efficiently

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
• Must have groundup K12 & Healthcare project experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage fastpaced schedules and multiple subcontractor groups
• Strong understanding of site safety standards and building codes
