What You'll Do Provide individual and group mental health counseling to clients across FGLM's programs Conduct clinical assessments and respond to crisis situations as part of the Crisis Center function Develop and regularly update individualized treatment plans Maintain confidential clinical records in full compliance with HIPAA, 740 ILCS 110, and applicable Illinois confidentiality law Coordinate with Housing Case Managers and other FGLM staff on shared clients, within confidentiality requirements, so clinical and housing goals support one another What We Expect A trauma-informed, client-centered clinical approach Comfortable working with adolescents and young adults navigating housing instability, many with complex trauma histories Collaborative with the broader Counseling & Wellness and case management teams while maintaining appropriate clinical boundaries Qualifications Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related clinical field Active Illinois clinical license (LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent) or license-eligible Experience with trauma-informed care preferred CADC is a plus for substance use-related work If this sounds like you — even if you don't check every box — we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr forgirlslikeme
