Location: Fully remote Schedule

You set it, 7 days a week available We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) on a flexible, fee-for-service basis. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and build from there. What We Offer

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools Participate in regular (paid) case consultations Who Thrives at Sailor

Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent Licensed in Illinois Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred. Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way
