Reach Operations Coordinator Full Time Clerical Operations Coordinator Your number one responsibility Helping people find their way Home What you’ll be doing The JH Reach Operations Coordinator helps JH Reach’s organizational processes and systems by keeping track of the big picture and implementing improvements to support the team’s ministry efforts both internally and externally. Their main duties include implementing systems and processes to support JH Reach team members to improve productivity and efficiency levels for touchpoints to employees, the community, and global partners. This will include communications, forms, reporting, events, accounting, scheduling, and processes for major ministry initiatives. Working directly with the Chief Ministry Officer to ensure that all team members are working efficiently, collaboratively, and in line with the culture and values of JH Reach. Working directly with the Chief Ministry Officer to oversee that all operations of JH Reach are managed efficiently and productively. Providing systems and processes for Employee Care & Reach initiatives, which includes counseling, financial help, Home teams, retreats, and events, in partnership with the Company Chaplain. Providing systems and processes for Employee Outreach and giving initiatives, which includes local outreach, mission trips, and matching giving campaigns, in partnership with the Outreach & Engagement Coordinator. Managing expenses and receipting of JH Reach ministry operations. Managing accounting of donations both incoming and outgoing for all JH Reach accounts (donor advised funds, Generous Love Fund, JH Reach trust account, etc.). Managing JH Reach giving proposals and requests, communication with partners, and summarizing reporting of donations. Schedule and organize strategic meetings, events, and partner relations for JH Reach including, but not limited to, preparing and distributing agendas and other meeting materials. Responsible to make sure that JH Reach team members (including staff and interns) are apprised of meetings, processes, and systems Resolve JH Reach business operations needs by coordinating with shared services, including HR, IT, Accounting, & Marketing. Ensure that all JH Reach team members and new hires are onboarded and have all needed equipment, software, workspace, and payroll needs met. Provide leadership and management of strategic ministry events. At times, providing ministry care to employees (especially women) of the JH Family of Companies in partnership with the Company Chaplain. This position must work well in a team oriented, fast paced setting and can handle interruptions while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
