What You'll Do as a Production Helper:

• Assist with daily production and material handling tasks
• Use basic hand tools to assemble, adjust, and prepare materials
• Measure materials accurately using a tape measure
• Operate production equipment such as manual strapping machines and miter saws
• Support packaging and shipping preparation processes
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures throughout the shift
• Work closely with team members to keep production moving efficiently

Skills and Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

• Basic knowledge of hand tools, including Allen wrenches, open-end wrenches, grinders, and reciprocating saws
• Ability to stand for an entire shift in a production environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the workday
• Comfortable reading a tape measure down to 1/32 inch accuracy
• Ability to read and understand English instructions and safety information
• Previous experience operating production or packaging equipment preferred
• Willingness to learn and work safely in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance
