As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Rett Rutland - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and our customers’ success. You will help grow our agency by building meaningful customer relationships and serving as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will also help improve the lives of our customers by proactively identifying and marketing relevant insurance products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide customers with information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications, changes, and renewals.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and helpful manner.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with other team members to support agency goals and provide excellent customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and stay organized
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred or be willing and able to obtain the required license within an agreed-upon timeframe after hire
• State Farm experience preferred
• Ability to build relationships and effectively identify customer needs
• Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable working toward individual and agency goals

WORK ARRANGEMENT

• Currently hiring for both Rock Hill, SC and Fort Mill, SC office locations.
• Remote work may be available depending on experience, job responsibilities, performance, and agency needs. Remote work opportunities and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
