Role Description The Product Manager/Product Owner (SaaS) will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of clinical trial data science products, from discovery and requirements gathering through launch and optimization, in a full-time remote position. This role involves translating market and customer needs into clear product roadmaps, defining and prioritizing features, and creating user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams. The individual will collaborate closely with data scientists, developers, clinical experts, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality SaaS solutions that align with business goals and regulatory requirements. Daily activities include backlog management, sprint planning, reviewing product performance and user feedback, and preparing product documentation, release notes, and demos. The Product Manager/Product Owner will also monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product strategy and continuous improvement.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Product management and product ownership skills, including roadmap development, backlog prioritization, and requirement definition for SaaS products.
- Experience working with data-driven products or platforms, ideally involving AI, ML, NLP, or advanced analytics in regulated or healthcare-related environments.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, clinical operations, and business stakeholders).
- Ability to translate complex technical and clinical concepts into clear, user-focused features and documentation.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, sprint planning, and iterative product delivery.
- Background in life sciences, healthcare, clinical research, or related fields is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences) or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated capability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and make data-informed decisions.
