Job Title: Bilingual Caregiver (Spanish/English) — Personal Care Assistant / Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant

What We're Looking For: Altra Homecare Group is seeking compassionate, Spanish-speaking caregivers to join our team as a PCA, HHA, or CNA — no prior experience required. Spanish fluency is required for this role so we can provide clear, comfortable communication for our Spanish-speaking clients and their families in the Elkhart area.

Location(s): Elkhart, IN and surrounding areas

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish (required); conversational English for care documentation and team communication

• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation & proof of car insurance

• Prior experience preferred but not mandatory — we are willing to train the right person

• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment is a plus

• Team player who values friends and family

• Must be able to pass a national background check

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility

• Provide companionship and conversation in the client's preferred language

• Assist with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing

• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

• Provide medication reminders

• Serve as a communication bridge between Spanish-speaking clients, their families, and our care team

• Complete visit documentation
