Outside Sales Representative (Print & Graphic Solutions)

Canoga Park, CA | Direct Hire | Base + Uncapped Commission (DOE)

What You’ll Do: 
Hunt for new business through prospecting, cold calls, and networking

Meet with clients face-to-face to understand their branding & print needs

Partner with design & production teams to deliver custom visual solutions

Manage and grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling

Track sales activity and pipeline using CRM tools

What You Bring: 
2–5+ years of B2B outside sales experience

Background in printing, signage, or graphic design (preferred)

Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills

Self-starter mindset with a true hunter mentality

Ability to manage a territory and meet clients on-site

2+ years of B2B outside sales experience

Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and close new business

Experience in printing, signage, graphics, or a related industry preferred

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Results-driven with a hunter mentality and self-motivated approach

Comfortable managing a sales territory and conducting on-site client visits

Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and sales activity

Ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts

Organized, goal-oriented, and focused on exceeding sales targets
