MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

Duties

You will provide advice and guidance for improvements and anticipate potential areas of concern or questions that should be addressed when making recommendations.

You will use qualitative and quantitative techniques (including organization flow charts and formulas) to provide accurate Directorate performance data, statistical analyses and other mission-critical information.

You will guide current and future resource allocations and improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the management of Directorate operations.

You will participate in special projects and monitor activities or actions of the organization and keep senior leadership properly informed of the highest priority items.

You will perform complex trend analysis and production tasks for category-based emergent patterns recurring in more than one situation or geographic area, indicating a need for program level action to prevent, detect, or remedy recurring problems.

You will assist in the allocation of funds for the executive offices. Makes recommendations regarding reprogramming where appropriate within allocated funds. Prepares and submits appropriate justification for additional funds.

You will lead meetings and provide briefings on analytical findings and recommendations. Advises Directorate leadership by developing and recommending improvements based on accurate metrics and detailed analyses.
