Position Description
CGI is currently seeking a Management Analyst III to support our FBI/A operations in Quantico, VA.

Your future duties and responsibilities
.    Lead and manage a diverse team of labor level personnel.
.    Exhibit excellent customer service skills.
.    Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
.    Demonstrate strong organizational skills, including long term and short term project planning.
Landscaping Proficiency:
Skilled in lawn mowing and trimming.
Capable of trimming hedges.
Experienced in tree trimming and removal.
Proficient in mulch bed preparation and maintenance.
Ability to operate various lawn equipment, including skid steer, mini excavator, backhoe, and tractor with brush hog.
Winter Operations:
.    Experienced in snow removal from roadways and sidewalks.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
.    Basic knowledge of equipment preventive and daily maintenance.
.    Must hold an active TOP SECRET clearance.
Hourly Rate: $35.64/hour

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications.  Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
