On the floor, focus on the customer by offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations to build lasting relationships. Throughout the day, maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. Who You Are Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality. Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform Talk, lift, constantly move, stand, and reach with arms and hands. Stand for at least two consecutive hours, lift at least 25 pounds, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level. Have close, color, and depth vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Use computers and other technology frequently, including handheld equipment, cash registers, and processing transactions.
