Sales Associate - Stanford

Summary As a Sales Associate on the Summer Flex program at the Stanford Shopping Center store, you will provide friendly, guest-focused service to drive sales and create a welcoming shopping experience. This seasonal role focuses on assisting customers, styling product, and supporting store operations during high-traffic summer months. Responsibilities Engage guests on the sales floor, deliver personalized service, and drive sales to meet store goals. Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, and handle returns according to store policy. Maintain visual merchandising standards, replenish inventory, and ensure the sales floor is neat and presentable. Support fitting room management, product placements, and teamwork to achieve daily store objectives. Requirements Previous retail or customer service experience preferred; 1+ years desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset. Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
