Lead Direct Care Pro - Mentoring, Independence, Growth

Hope Network is seeking a Lead Direct Care Professional (Walbridge location) to supervise on shift, model person-centered support, and ensure adherence to medical, clinical, therapeutic and behavioral plans. You will mentor new staff, assist with on-call duties, and provide guidance when supervisors are unavailable.
