We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent / Site Supervisor to support industrial and agri-industrial projects across Iowa and the U.S. Midwest.

This is a hands-on, field-based role for someone with strong on-site construction supervision experience, contractor coordination skills, safety awareness, reporting discipline, and the ability to travel across project locations.

Key responsibilities:

- Supervise daily on-site activities of contractors and subcontractors

- Monitor progress against schedule, quality standards, and project requirements

- Conduct site inspections and maintain daily field reports, photos, and checklists

- Act as the on-site liaison between contractors, suppliers, local crews, and project teams

- Support corrective actions related to schedule, cost, quality, or safety issues

- Ensure compliance with local codes, permits, safety requirements, and construction standards

- Participate in site meetings, safety briefings, audits, and coordination sessions

 

Ideal background:

- Construction Superintendent, Site Supervisor, Field Superintendent, Site Manager, or similar role

- Experience in industrial construction, manufacturing, food processing, agriculture, plant construction, mechanical/electrical projects, or related environments

- Strong field leadership and contractor coordination experience

- Ability to travel and stay on site as needed

- Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus
