Foreman - 3rd Shift

Responsibilities Supervises, assigns, coordinates and evaluates semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel Supervises and trains employees to improve quality and quantity of work performed Recommends training to enhance skill and productivity of employees Assists in development of training procedures Breaks broad strategies down to practical action plans Ensures employees are trained to perform these plans Responsible for complying with all technical aspects of the job Responsible for manufacturing, installation, operation, testing, and process operations Supervises qualified trades staff; monitoring job and budget performance for all shifts Requirements Bachelor's Degree OR Apprentice Certification OR High School and 4 years combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, military experience OR Associate Degree in a Trade/Technical and 3 years of relevant manufacturing, shipbuilding, trade and/or military experience Hard Skills manufacturing installation operation testing process operations training procedures budget performance quality improvement productivity enhancement trades supervision Soft Skills supervision coordination evaluation employee training strategic planning communication leadership problem-solving team management performance monitoring Certifications & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Apprentice Certification Associate Degree in a Trade/Technical #J-18808-Ljbffr
