Join #TheAbsoluteWurst Team! Dog Haus is seeking a hard‑working, energetic individual for a Shift Lead position. This is an excellent career development opportunity for a food service professional with at least one year of supervisory or management experience in the restaurant industry. Responsibilities Oversees the opening procedures and set‑up, preparing the store to be guest‑ready by opening. Able to manage food safety cleanliness guidelines. Works quickly and efficiently Is consistent and very reliable Willing to help develop store team members as well as visiting team members from other stores. Ensures that all communication and procedural tools are being used and followed. Motivates team members through positive encouragement, embracing the company culture. Able to lead shifts, while driving sales, reducing waste, and upholding Dog Haus quality standards. Manages shift labor to ensure proper staff utilization, proper employee breaks and overall labor efficiency during the shift. Able to ensure that all cash handling, reconciliation and credit card procedures are followed. Completes closing manager procedures. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
