Senior Director, External Reporting & Technical Accounting

Nuveen seeks a VP, Director External Reporting & Technical Accounting to lead a seasoned team responsible for quarterly and annual financial statements, and to provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions in accordance with GAAP and applicable regulations. You will drive the end-to-end external reporting process, coordinate with auditors, tax, and legal, oversee Oracle FCCS, and mentor staff to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of Nuveen's financial narratives and #J-18808-Ljbffr Nuveen
