Facilities Operations CoordinatorWork Location: Midland, PADEPARTMENT: Facilities ManagementJOB TITLE: Facilities CoordinatorCLASSIFICATION: Non-exemptREPORTS TO: Facilities Operations Manager/Project ManagerJOB GOAL: The Facilities Coordinator assists the Facilities Operations Manager/Project Manager and Director of Facilities with managing day to day operations of the organization's facilities. This role assists with visitor reception services, maintenance ticket coordination, fleet maintenance scheduling and coordination, guest services, purchase requisitions, mailroom backup assistance, and building access control back up assistance.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:High School diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional job related experience and two years of coordination related experienceMust possess and maintain a valid state driver's license and clean driving recordMust possess excellent communication and interpersonal skillsMust possess excellent professional judgmentKnowledge of building maintenance systems and proceduresChild Abuse Clearance; Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) ClearanceESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Follow school policy, procedures, and work rulesRequirement to work on-site five days per week and on inclement weather daysFosters a positive work culture that encourages collaboration, creativity, and accountabilityDemonstrated professional behavior, including discretion, good judgment and integrityResponsible to track, schedule, and preventative maintenance for vehiclesAssist with vehicle pickups and returnsComplete purchase requests timely and accuratelyObtain vendor quotes as requestedAssist with scheduling routine preventative maintenance tasks, assist with scheduling service calls, and following up on work ordersAssist in maintenance and organization of facilities records and ticketsAssist Facilities Operations Manager/Project Manager with project tasks as assignedAssist with monitoring inventory suppliesEnsure common areas, meeting spaces, and facilities equipment is clean, organized and functioning properlyAssist with managing facilities ticketing systemAssist with management of building access control systemAssist with key management systemAssist with employee ID badging systemWork collaboratively with others in a diverse and inclusive environmentMust be available for emergency facilities calls outside of normal business hours as requiredMinimal travel may be requiredMay be required to work outside normal office hours as requiredPerform any additional duties deemed necessary by the Facilities Operations Manager/Project Manager and Director of Facilities
