Contract Company Description IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for a Sr .NET Developer (Programmer 3/PR3) to join our customer in Columbus, OH. This is an ONSITE position and requires an IN-PERSON interview. Please find below additional details about this job. Job Description Client expects the senior developer to be extremely well rounded in programming languages with the main knowledge skills in Microsoft C#, .NET Framework 1.1 to current version, ASP.NET languages, WIN-Forms development, MS SQL Developer and experience in Enterprise Data Modeling. The responsibilities are primarily technical, senior developers also generally serve as an interface between the developers and management and have some supervisorial responsibilities in delegating work and ensuring that software projects come in on time and under budget. Serve as technical adviser to management and provide programming perspective on requirements. Senior Developer is responsible for planning, processing and performing all jobs in an efficient manner with little or no supervision to complete all tasks. Qualifications Experience with C# Required 10 Years Experience with .Net 1.1 to 4.0 , ASP.net Required 10 Years Experience with SQL procedures, functions tables views, etc Required 10 Years Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2000 to 2012 Required 10 Years Experience with MS Visio or any flow diagram tool Desired 4 Years Experience with Version control tools, such as TFS Highly Desired 4 Years Experience with other programming languages such as JAVA and JQuery Highly Desired 4 Years Experience with the programming language of JQuery Mobile Highly Desired 1 Year Experience with Knockout Library web framework Highly Desired 1 Year Experience with the front-end framework Bootstrap tools Highly Desired 1 Year Experience creating test documentation and performing System Tests Required 10 Years Experience with creating technical documentation with application functionality and test methods Required 10 Years Experience with DotNetNuke (DNN) web content management system Highly Desired 1 Year Test systems, i.e. user-acceptance testing, white box testing, black box testing, defect tracking to identify changes Highly Desired 10 Years Work experience in creating and coordinating technical, functional and business requirements for processes, projects and procedures Highly Desired 10 Years Utilize software development life cycle methodologies to execute projects according to specifications Highly Desired 10 Years Experience analyzing user needs & existing functions to determine business requirements, screen & interface design, use cases Highly Desired 10 Years Development Skills: Solutions design, Project technical planning, (Edits or creates for recommendation and approval Enterprise or IT artifacts, including, but not limited to, policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and best practices), Analysis and design, Communication, Testing and implementation, Recommends software reusability guidelines, Plans and conducts formal mentorship activities for peers and/or lower-level staff via verbal instruction or technical documentation. Development Tools: C#, .NET1.1 to 4.0, ASP, Java Script and Active X controls, familiar with other language tools. Database: Microsoft SQL Server Diagramming Tools: MS Visio or any flow diagram tools (optional) Version Control: TFS for version control for source code and Documents, any products ok. Testing: Perform System Test and Create Test Documentation Documentation: Create Technical documentation with application functionality and test methods, various flow diagrams (Business/Functional) Interview Process: Only In-person.
