Role Overview
We are seeking a professional, high-energy Front Desk Insurance Coordinator to serve as the
primary point of contact for our agency. This role is designed for a detail-oriented individual who
excels in a fast-paced environment and possesses a foundational understanding of insurance
products. You will manage front-office operations and provide vital administrative support to our
production team.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relations: Greet walk-in clients and manage a multi-line phone system with professional
etiquette and a service-oriented mindset.
Inbound Service: Provide initial assistance to clients regarding Property & Casualty (P&C), Life
& Health, or Medicare Supplement inquiries.
Document Management: Maintain absolute attention to detail while processing insurance
applications, endorsements, and ACORD forms to ensure compliance.
Office Operations: Manage the agency calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate
digital filing and mail distribution.
Policy Support: Intake initial claim information and verify coverage for clients in a timely and
accurate manner.
Required Qualifications
Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to explain insurance
concepts clearly in both languages.
Industry Experience: Previous experience or strong working knowledge of P&C, Life & Health,
or Medicare Supplements is required.
Accuracy & Detail: Proven track record of high-accuracy data entry and document processing
(zero-error mindset).
Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent the agency
professionally to the community.
Preferred Skills & Certifications
Active Texas General Lines Agent License (P&C or Life, Accident, Health).
Familiarity with Agency Management Systems (AMS) such as Hawksoft
