Head of Enterprise Solutions — B2B Software

We are conducting a confidential search for a Head of Enterprise Solutions to lead the B2B software strategy and delivery within a leading technology organization. This is a high-impact, director-level opportunity based in Austin on a hybrid model for a senior technology leader who will own the enterprise product and solutions roadmap, drive platform architecture decisions, and lead go-to-market execution for the enterprise segment.
In this role, you will define and execute the enterprise solutions strategy, aligning product capabilities with B2B market needs. You will lead the design and delivery of scalable enterprise SaaS platforms, APIs, and integration frameworks. You will own the enterprise GTM strategy in partnership with sales, marketing, and customer success teams, and drive solution architecture for complex enterprise deployments, including custom integrations and data migrations.
You will build and manage strategic relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and system integrators, oversee enterprise product roadmap prioritization based on market intelligence and competitive analysis, ensure platform security and compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001), and manage P&L for the enterprise segment including revenue targets and investment allocation. This is a rare opportunity to shape the enterprise trajectory of a growing B2B software organization.
