This is a temporary summer position. Starting May 2026 thru August 2026. The hours will be flexible, limited to 19 hours per week. Required Education - High School Graduate or GED or equivalent Required Experience - Able to work with different software programs. Experience communicating with different vendors. Previous experience dealing with the general public on a daily basis. Preferred Education Preferred Experience - Experience in an educational setting, (college or public/private school); experience with data-entry software; bilingual in Spanish. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Processing electronic and paper admissions applications; scanning student documents into electronic database system; answering student questions pertaining to admissions; sign-in of participants in new student success seminars (orientation sessions).
