Overview Full-Time Urgent Care Physician Position in Jackson, TN with National Wound Physician Group . Clinical satisfaction, autonomy and flexibility, work-life balance. No Nights, No Call, No Weekend Clinical Responsibilities. Become an expert in wound management, learn from highly qualified wound certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors. Utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities. Responsibilities Provide bedside wound care in post-acute care settings across facilities. Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals. Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility. Visit 2-3 facilities per day and treat approximately 20-30 patients per day. Document at the point of care, in real-time during clinical rounds, using the proprietary wound-specific EMR. Engage in paid training during onboarding plus a 6-month wound care fellowship. W2 full-time employment contract (no work visa sponsorship available). No Nights, No Call, No Weekend Clinical Responsibilities. Requirements Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state where practice occurs. Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week. Practice Overview Full-time work: Monday – Friday (7am–4pm) or part-time available. Clinicians deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings. Physicians visit facilities in a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location. Physicians visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating 20-30 patients per day.
