What You'll Do

• Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide specialized instruction tailored to students' unique learning needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, administrators, and families
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies based on data and outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with special education regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and multidisciplinary team planning
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where students can succeed academically, socially, and emotionally

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Intervention Specialist License (or ability to obtain licensure)
• Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs
• Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
