About the Role
The Company is in search of a strategic and innovative Head of Consumer Engagement to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, consumer connection, and business growth through a variety of channels, including public relations, social media, influencer partnerships, and paid media. This role requires a cohesive brand presence across all consumer touchpoints and the ability to build and manage high-impact campaigns that resonate with the target audience. Applicants for the Head of Consumer Engagement position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in consumer engagement, brand marketing, or integrated marketing, with a preference for those with a background in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or other consumer-focused brands. The role demands a proven track record in leading PR, social media, influencer marketing, and integrated campaign strategies, as well as a strong understanding of consumer trends, digital marketing, and the creator economy. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing go-to-market and 360-degree marketing campaigns, knowledge of paid media strategy, and performance marketing best practices. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities are essential, as is the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.
