About the Role
The Company is in search of a strategic leader to take on the role of Head of Content Experience. This senior management position is pivotal in building and scaling a content experience capability that serves as a core business growth engine. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the content experience function, which includes creative strategy, experience design, content production, and content operations. The role demands a visionary who can drive the evolution towards an integrated content experience operating model, with a focus on delivering measurable business impact across various customer engagement environments. The Head of Content Experience will also be tasked with ensuring that content experience initiatives contribute directly to business performance, improving customer engagement, and supporting revenue growth through enhanced customer experiences. Applicants for the Head of Content Experience role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in customer experience, content strategy, digital commerce, creative operations, marketing transformation, or related fields. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading multidisciplinary teams, managing large-scale digital content ecosystems, and a deep understanding of customer journey design and content-driven business growth. A key aspect of the role is the ability to build and lead a high-performing content experience organization, with a focus on talent development, succession planning, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Experience in direct-to-consumer and commerce environments, as well as a proven track record in content operations, governance, and optimization, is highly valued. The Head of Content Experience will also be expected to partner with technology and transformation leaders to modernize content workflows and capabilities, including the adoption of AI-enabled content technologies.
