This role oversees a team of technicians, ensuring safe, reliable operation of processing and packaging equipment through preventive and predictive maintenance, rapid troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. The manager partners with production, quality, and engineering to minimize downtime, support capital projects, and maintain regulatory and food safety standards. Ideal candidates bring strong industrial maintenance expertise, hands-on leadership, and a commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
