Mortgage Loan Partner

We’re hiring a loan partner who will work directly alongside our loan origination staff to help our applicants through the mortgage loan process. You’ll get applicants mortgage-ready, prepare paperwork, and respond to customer inquiries on transactions as needed. If you’re a detail-oriented employee with strong communication and time management skills, we highly encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: • Assemble loan documentation as required necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork • Review all loan package documentation for discrepancies, omissions, and income calculation then report any discrepancies to the loan originator • Assist with administrative duties such as making and screening calls, booking appointments, etc. • Be the primary liaison between the mortgage loan officer and our clients and schedule meetings to discuss outstanding items • Answer questions about transactions for clients and company employees to help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction • Responsible for meeting and connecting with clients on a daily basis to help them qualify for financing the purchase of a home. • Powered by one of the most robust CRM's in the real estate industry. • Have the ability to work closely with prospective clients and then hand it off to your assistant for gathering documentation to process the loan. • Direct access to underwriting to help clients get approved for financing. Qualifications: • Preferred degree in banking or finance, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required • Computer proficiency required including MS Office; some CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred • NMLS license or training is not required, but is desired • Ability to effectively work in a strong team-oriented environment and provide outstanding communication and customer service to clients • 5+ years of professional office environment experience as a loan officer assistant or mortgage assistant preferred • MUST have your NMLS license. Compensation: $120,000+ at plan earnings with $40,000 base
